We strive for accessible, fresh and  homegrown ingredients. Our potager garden contributes directly into the self sufficient philosophy of our meals combined with ingredients sourced from our close-by farms and markets adding to the quality, freshness and nutrient density of the final product. 

Our guests enjoy a large repertoire of French dishes highlighting mainly the cuisine of the southwest of France with a hint of international flair.
